At ENTRUST Solutions Group, we understand that AI can be helpful during a job search. We support its responsible use. We use AI to assist with candidate sourcing, job ad creation, note taking, and conducting prescreening interviews for selected positions. All hiring decisions are made by human reviewers; AI does not evaluate candidates or influence decision-making.
Candidates are welcome to use AI to prepare, but authenticity and honesty are essential.
