Training

Our New Employee Orientation introduces you to the company, as well as the many industries we serve.

Advanced technical engineering and design training is available for work in pipeline engineering, environmental, refining, automation, electrical, corrosion control, and the process engineering industries we serve.

Our management team participates in extensive leadership training programs, including “ENTRUST Solutions Group Leadership.” We also offer training on interviewing skills and leading performance management.

ENTRUST Solutions Group supports continuing education through a generous educational assistance program that is among the best in the industry.

Orientation training also includes one-on-one training with project team leads and other experienced professionals.

Enhance your professional development with comprehensive training on consulting skills, communication, time management, and emerging topics such as developing emotional intelligence.

Each year, employees complete an Interest Inventory to inform us of their career interests and identify their preferred office locations. Additional career development support programs provide resources for employees to partner with their managers to help achieve their career objectives.

New Project Managers participate in a year-long mentoring program, including one-on-one coaching sessions with executives.

    “Our flexible start-time schedule and ‘half-day Fridays’ allow employees at ENTRUST Solutions Group to be flexible with time, both inside and outside the workplace. Internships with ENTRUST Solutions Group

ENTRUST Solutions Group’s best in class Summer Internship Program offers top tier students work experiences that will enhance their education, give them an opportunity to learn about the energy industry, and make a successful transition from the academic to the professional world. We place our interns on project teams and provide challenging work experiences based on their academic level and experience. Interns work alongside our engineering and design professionals and gain relevant experience on every assignment. Additionally, our summer interns participate in a rigorous training program that covers all facets of the industry, such as project management fundamentals, horizontal directional drilling and stress analysis, and professionalism in the workplace. We welcome college students from freshman through senior year who are pursuing an engineering degree at an ABET-accredited university to apply for this internship opportunity.
