(Warrenville, IL) Dec. 2, 2021—Today EN Engineering (“EN”) announced the acquisition of ESC Engineering (“ESC”), a Colorado-based engineering firm focused on the electric utility, energy, and industrial markets.
Adam Biggam, CEO of EN Engineering, said, “We are very happy to have ESC join EN as the company will significantly enhance our capabilities in electric transmission, substation, system planning, and automation, which are all areas we have been actively growing the last few years.” Further adding, “ESC is a phenomenal organization, that similar to EN has built a strong reputation for creating long-term relationships with clients, so we look forward to working with their team to continue to build on these partnerships.”
Founded in 1978, ESC has a long history of serving many municipal, coop and G&T utilities, and industrial power users in the Rocky Mountain and central states regions, as well as industrial and manufacturing companies throughout the US.
