(Warrenville, IL) July 20, 2022—EN Engineering is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire FiberRise Communications, LLC. The transaction is expected to close in August.

We are excited about the partnership with FiberRise, an innovator in providing grid modernization and broadband consulting and engineering services to help electric cooperatives and utility companies provide people, families, businesses, and schools access to modern technology that helps them thrive.
