While we cannot assume legal responsibility and compliance obligations on your behalf, we can bring our expertise to bear and make the task of you doing so less cumbersome.

The moment your team receives their initial notification of award, it is time to celebrate! Winning a grant or loan award is an awesome achievement in today’s ultra-competitive funding landscape. An award notification signals the end of the initial application process and the beginning of the negotiation stage, during which ENTRUST will help you fully understand the award obligations and answer any lingering questions the awarding agency may have. Although most funding programs have well-defined terms and conditions, if there is any opportunity to make compliance easier, we can help you find it.

Much like we did during the application process, ENTRUST will sit down with your teams and review key requirements for compliance. What data are you required to keep – and for how long? Do your current software and systems collect and store the right – and the right amount of – data? Specific funding program rules as well as the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) dictate data collection and retention requirements, and our team will help you understand and navigate them successfully.

In the same way data collection and retention is dictated by specific funding program rules in conjunction with the CFR, reporting and audit requirements are also governed by them as well. As a dependable partner, ENTRUST will help you understand the various rules and regulations and prepare a successful compliance strategy. We offer strategic advice, pre-compliance preparation assistance, and review of compliance package contents prior to submission. However, as noted previously, we cannot legally submit compliance and reporting packages on your behalf.
