Request License

Summary

The Request License tool notifies and formally requests a license from the ENTRUST Solutions license administrator by sending an email to licensing@g2-is.com. Once your request is received and processed, an email will be sent to you containing an appropriate license token.

Usage

  • User Display Name – Please enter your full name (first and last name).
  • License Type – ENTRUST Solutions is currently supporting three license types.
      • Perpetual Named User License – Traditional licensing in which you purchase a permanent license to the software and pay an annual maintenance fee to receive software updates and support. Even should you discontinue maintenance, you always have access to your installed software.
      • Subscription Named User License – An annual rental of the software license. There is no license purchase or maintenance fees, so initial cost is much lower. Your subscription entitles you to access the software, updates, and support; you have access to the software as long as you maintain your subscription.
      • Trial Named User License – If you would like to try the software before you commit to a purchase of either a perpetual license or a subscription, you can request a trial license, which allows you to use the software for 30 days.
  • Email Service – This tool supports Microsoft Outlook or Google Mail. If you use a different email service, please request a license by emailing your request directly to licensing@g2-is.com.
  • User Email and Password – The tool automatically picks up your email credentials when Outlook is your selected email service. If you select Google as your email service, you must enter your Gmail address and password into the tool.

After you receive your license code, you must register the software using the Register License tool. The software will be available for your use after you register it using your license code.

Before requesting a license of any type, you can review the ENTRUST Solutions End User License Agreement, which defines the terms and conditions of your use of the software.
