Background

Facing unprecedented demand and exponential growth, an automated pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer and service provider reached out to ENTRUST Solutions Group for support in an effort to keep pace with increasing market demand.

Challenges

The client’s growth led to challenges in manufacturing, new product commissioning, product system installation, procedural/processing documentation, field service support, and preventive maintenance support. They needed a team to coordinate with their existing resources from manufacturing through installation and expand resources to meet the needs and demands of clients.

Solutions

ENTRUST Solutions Group mobilized several teams of electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project specialists to support our client at locations throughout the U.S. which included their manufacturing, commissioning, and test facilities and over 11 new pharmacy central fill facilities.

These highly specialized teams utilized their decades of combined experience and expertise to work hand in hand with our client’s teams. This allowed us to provide a wide range of multi-talented support along with leadership and talent acquisition to rapidly address the challenges they faced.

Key Results:

The client was able to ramp up production to meet its installation obligations and maintain customer satisfaction.

ENTRUST mobilized to more than 12 different locations across the U.S. allowing the client to meet installation deadlines.
ENTRUST increased staffing levels by the equivalent of 40 full-time employees within one year.
