ENTRUST Construction Managers will act as the client’s liaison to the Outside Plant (OSP Construction Contractors) team and will manage the overall construction of the client’s fiber-optic network(s). The Construction Manager will review overall compliance with project schedules and specifications, assessing Contractor adherence to public works and right of way restrictions, performance of construction activities, and development of applicable project documentation.
ENTRUST Construction inspectors provide on-site supervision to determine compliance with project specifications, safety and permitting requirements. In addition, we will provide quality review on installation and ground restoration in real time. All field data and information related to changes in the field, as built and redline information will also be acquired and reviewed in real time. In addition to these services, on-site inspection services provide field representation, to assist the client with oversight of crews in the field.
An assigned ENTRUST Construction Manager will be designated to manage the overall construction of the fiber-optic or wireless networks. The Construction Manager will act as the main point of contact for selected construction contractors, addressing field issues, coordinating daily activities, and assessing compliance with safety, schedules, and specifications. This includes final coordination with construction vendor, tracking completion of punch list items, confirming final completion and delivery of network.
An assigned ENTRUST Project Coordinator will coordinate with the Construction Management and Inspections teams and contractors to track daily production, which allows expedited invoice review and approval. The Project Coordinator processes change orders, provides updates in project reporting by utilizing production trackers, dashboards, and live mapping of completed work.
An assigned ENTRUST Construction Inspection will provide inspection services for all mainline, distribution and drop construction. Provides On-site supervision to determine compliance with project specifications and federal and state requirements, applicable permits, and protection of the environment and historic or cultural sites. All field data and information related to changes in the field, as-built and redline information will be acquired and reviewed.
